Take a look at the spidertracks, at this very moment Jeff is in the middle of nowhere flying over the North Atlantic Ocean…it is awesome. I spoke with Jeff at 7:30 this morning and he sounded fantastic and by that I mean the clarity of his voice over the SAT phone as well as his mood. Jeff and Don are on their way from Goose Bay, Canada to Greenland and then on to Iceland. Jeff sounds absolutely elated and was describing to me the brilliant white ice caps in the deep blue ocean below. While Jeff is flying above the clouds, Don sits asleep beside him (talk about trust and confidence in our beloved Jeff, the pilot). Jeff’s great adventure is well on its way…we will continue to track their journey and keep you all updated.
